The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the region Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra holds its ordinary session for the month of October 2022
In accordance with the provisions of article thirteen of Dahir n° 1.13.09 published on 10 Rabi’ Al Akhir 1434 (February 21, 2013) relating to the implementation of law n° 38. 12 relating to the status of chambers of commerce, industry and services, as amended and supplemented, and upon convocation by the President, the General Assembly of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Services of the region of Laayoune Sakia El Hamra held its second ordinary session for the year 2022 on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 corresponding to Rabi’ al-Awwal 21, 1444 A.H., in the meeting room of the central headquarters of the chamber in Laayoune at nine thirty in the morning.
At the outset and after ascertaining that a quorum was present for the meeting, the president of the chamber opened the session with a speech welcoming the participants, and the following agenda was discussed:
- Approval of the minutes of the previous session
- Discussion of the main activities of the chamber between the two sessions
- Approval of the code of conduct
- Revision of the rates of room services
At the end of the work of this session, a message of loyalty and dedication was addressed to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist and protect him.
