• National Identity Card: CIN
• 02 passport photos

The fee is set at:

• Professional Card: 500 dh
• Professional Certificate: 50 dh

2/ For natural persons:

Certified copies of the:

• Commercial Register
• Certificate of Patent
• National Identity Card: CIN
• 02 passport photos

The fee is set at:

• Professional Card: 200 dh
• Professional Certificate: 50 dh
