Usefulness of the certificate of origin
The certificate of origin is a document which, in export operations, accompanies the goods and certifies their origin to meet customs or commercial requirements.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Lâayoune Sakia El Hamra Region is authorised to issue and authenticate certificates of origin for the benefit of exporting companies within its territorial district.
Procedure for obtaining a certificate of origin:
The applicant for the certificate of origin must first submit a legal file of his company to the CCIS (company status; R.C.; copy of patent; manager’s CIN) as well as all documents justifying the origin of the product intended for export.
