Meeting with the National Social Security Fund on the Exemption from Delay and Penalties and Debt Collection Methods for 2024 and Previous Years

Debts and financial obligations are an essential part of any commercial or economic activity. However, sometimes these debts can accumulate and cause financial problems for individuals and companies.

To discuss the issue of exemption from delay and penalties for debts accumulated in 2024 and previous years, the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services of the Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region is pleased to invite you to attend the awareness event organized in collaboration with the National Social Security Fund on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the Chamber’s headquarters.

This meeting will focus on reviewing existing policies and measures for dealing with accumulated debts and discussing possible ways to effectively and fairly collect these debts from debtors.

Advice and guidance will be provided by financial and legal experts to ensure the proper implementation of financial and legal policies.
