Strengthening the Role of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, and Services in Promoting Economic and Social Development in the Kingdom

The Head of Government, Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, held an important meeting today, Tuesday, in Rabat, with the presidents of the chambers of commerce, industry, and services, in the presence of Mr. Sidi Khalil Ould Rachid, president of the Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra regional chamber of commerce, industry, and services. This meeting was devoted to studying the means to enable these institutions to reinforce their effective participation in the economic and social development of the Kingdom.

This occasion represents a significant opportunity to highlight the role of the chambers of commerce, industry, and services as one of the major pillars contributing effectively to economic development and being an integral part of regional development. Additionally, this meeting facilitated discussions on improving the legal and regulatory framework of the regional chambers of commerce, industry, and services to enhance their role in promoting investments at the regional and national levels.
